Getting started with CutCraft

Everything you need to know — from subscribing to downloading the extension, to cancelling if it's not for you.

Subscribe and start your free trial

Choose your plan

On cutcraft.io, go to Pricing and pick the plan that fits, then monthly or annual billing.

Design & Cutlist — the full parametric generator, CSV cutlists and cutting diagrams.
Pro — everything above, plus DXF export with hole positions, 15 drawer slide systems with manufacturer formulas, and the built-in cost calculator.

Enter your card details

You'll land on a secure Stripe checkout page. Enter your email, full name, and card information. Your free 30-day trial starts immediately — you won't be charged today.

Confirm and start your trial

Click "Start trial". You'll see a confirmation showing your trial end date and what you'll be charged afterward, if you keep your subscription.

Why is a card required for a free trial? It lets your subscription continue automatically if you decide to keep CutCraft — no separate purchase step needed after your trial. If you don't want to continue, see the cancellation section below; you can cancel anytime before the trial ends and you won't be charged.

Download and activate the extension

You'll be redirected automatically

Right after checkout, you're taken to the download page for your plan. If you ever need it again:

Enter your email to get the link

Type the email address you'd like us to use for support and updates, then click "Get download link." The .rbz file downloads immediately.

Install in SketchUp

Open SketchUp → Extensions → Extension Manager → Install Extension, select the downloaded file, and restart SketchUp.

Activate your license

On first launch, CutCraft asks you to activate. Use the same email address you subscribed with.

Pro Two separate extension files. Pro is a different .rbz than Design & Cutlist, and it needs a Pro license key — a Design & Cutlist key will not unlock it. Install the file that matches your plan. If you upgrade later, download the Pro file and we'll issue you a new key.

Changed your mind? Cancel anytime

You're never locked in. Cancel during your free trial and you won't be charged anything — or cancel later and you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Open the billing portal

Go to the link below and log in with the email address you subscribed with.

Find your subscription

You'll see your current plan, price, and next billing date.

Click "Cancel subscription"

Confirm, and you're done. If you're still in your free trial, no charge will ever happen. If you've already been billed, you'll keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
