Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CutCraft — Cabinet Generator (the "Software") and the related website at cutcraft.io (the "Site"), provided by Атeлие Виор ЕООД ("Atelie Vior EOOD", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Bulgaria. By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Software

CutCraft — Cabinet Generator is a paid extension for Trimble SketchUp that generates parametric cabinet models, cut lists, and related production output. The Software is provided as a subscription service, licensed for use, not sold.

2. License Grant

Subject to an active, valid subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on the number of computers permitted by your plan, for your own personal or business use. You may not:

Copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the Software;
Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or share your license key with third parties;
Use the Software to build a competing product or service;
Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any license or trial-period restriction.

We reserve the right to revoke a license key found in violation of these Terms, without refund.

3. Subscriptions, Billing & Free Trial

The Software is offered on monthly or annual subscription plans, billed in advance through our payment processor (Stripe). New subscriptions may include a free trial period, as stated at checkout. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and your payment method will be charged.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access continues until that date.

4. Refund Policy

Important — EU/EEA customers: Under EU consumer protection law, you may ordinarily have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content purchased online. By completing checkout and choosing to receive immediate access to the Software (via free trial or direct purchase), you expressly consent to immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once download/activation has begun, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection rules.

Except where required by applicable law, all payments are final and non-refundable, including partial billing periods, unused time, or trial-to-paid conversions you forgot to cancel. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at hello@cutcraft.io and we will review it in good faith.

5. Intellectual Property

The Software, its source code, documentation, and the CutCraft name and logo are the exclusive property of Atelie Vior EOOD and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Software.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Cut lists, dimensions, and production output generated by the Software are provided as a design aid; you are responsible for verifying all measurements and specifications before cutting or purchasing materials.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atelie Vior EOOD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to material waste, lost profits, or production delays, arising from your use of or inability to use the Software. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Software shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license if you breach these Terms, including through misuse of a license key or the free trial. You may terminate by cancelling your subscription at any time.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be noted by updating the "Last updated" date above.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence within the EU/EEA.
